Nanbenda Kollywood Movie Review
Story:
Sathya (udhayanidhi) is an unemployed youngster but then he falls in love with Ramya (nayan) right at the first sight. He then takes the help of his close friend Sivakozhundu (santhanam) to win Ramya’s heart. But despite his best efforts, Ramya declines his love and it is only after a while she finally accepts his love. But trouble comes in the form of one incident and what happens from there forms the rest.
Nanbenda Tamil Cinema Review
Presentation:
The director has come up with a routine romantic storyline and while the presentation was rich, the narrative was good in parts. The dialogues were witty. The script was predictable and the screenplay was moderate. The background score was nice and two songs were worth watching. Cinematography was the main strength to this film. Editing was required at few places. Costumes were well designed and rich while the art department was colorful. Udhayanidhi Stalin carried out his role with balance and he did as required. Nayantara looks ravishingly gracious and appealing. Santhanam brought few smiles. Manobala was neat, Tamannah was superb, Karunakaran was nice, Sherin was standard, Pooja Ramachandran was perfect. Others didn’t have much scope.

Conclusion:
It appears that Udhayanidhi Stalin has been following a standard formula of his past movies and is continuing the same. In this, the first half goes about with elements of comedy, drama and some romance. The interval bang was alright and the second half gets into an emotional mode with some sentiment and melodrama. Overall, this is a movie which has nothing different to offer but if you don’t have anything to do, you can watch it. At the box office, this would be an average grosser.
