Presentation:
The director has come up with an engaging storyline and while the presentation was rich, the narrative was quite absorbing. The dialogues were well written. The script was above average and the screenplay made it lot better. The background score was melodious and three songs were worth watching. Cinematography was the main strength to this film. Editing was crisp. Costumes were well designed to suit the royalty while the art department was majestic. Karthi gave a superb performance and he hogged the limelight. Lakshmi Menon was sensuous and nice. Raj Kiran was elegant. Kovai Sarala was loud. Super Subbarayan was nice. Thambi Ramaiah brought smiles. Others did their bit as required and added value.

Conclusion:
A story that runs on a rural backdrop requires strong emotional quotient along with entertainment. In this movie, the first half goes about with elements of comedy, romance and also some action. The interval bang was nice and things pick up further during the second half. There is also a sentiment angle which brings few twists. Overall, this is a movie which would appeal not just to the masses but also to the commercial audience. At the box office, the film has a good chance for success.
